The Matchbookology collection began years ago as a fraternity pledge challenge. I never stopped collecting and it has grown to over 600 matchbooks. What I didn't realize at the time of the challenge was that I was collecting far more than packs of matches. I was collecting square bits of history that would, as time went on, move to near extinction. Matchbookology is the collection of stories inspired by the matchbooks.
